Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1965. Graduated as a lawyer in 1991 from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He has been a public officer for 17 years in the Criminal Courts of the Nation in different positions, finally serving as Secretary of a Federal Criminal and Correctional Court. He held, between 2012 and 2017, the positions of Legal Manager and General Director at the Ministry of Urban Development and Transportation and General Director at the Legal and Technical Secretariat of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, which provides experience and knowledge on the management of public procurement in all its stages. He taught General Criminal Law at the UCA for more than 15 years.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the Austral University with honors, since October 2023.
