FOUNDING PARTNER
Born in Puerto Belgrano, Buenos Aires, in 1963. He graduated as a lawyer from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 1991. He worked for 13 years in the Criminal and Correctional Branch in the National Judiciary Power, up to the position of Criminal Court Clerk. Since 1997 he has been in private practice, working in the areas of corporate criminal liability, private criminal litigation and complex and interdisciplinary cases.
Adjunct Professor (int) in charge of the regular course on “Constitutional Guarantees in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure” (UBA Law, JV Sola Chair); he has previously taught Criminal Law, Customs Criminal Law and Legal Philosophy.
He has attended a Master’s Degree on “International Rule of Law” at the Tarello Institute of Legal Philosophy, University of Genoa, Italy; and several courses and congresses related to professional and institutional law, the National Judicial Branch system, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and International Criminal Law of Human Rights.
Author of collaborations in books and articles in specialized magazines, and lecturer on tax criminal law; criminal law in general; criminal procedure; constitutional rights and guarantees; jurisprudence; and current institutional issues.
Member of the Criminal Law Committee of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires; in the same Institution he has been President of the Pro Bono and Public Interest Committee between 2011 and 2013 and today he is a member of its Advisory Council; and he has been Coordinator of the Institute of Jurisprudence and Legislative Analysis.
In the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires he was a member of the Board of Directors (elected position, 2008 / 2010), and has been a member of the Lawyers Defense Committee (2003 / 2007) and the Justice Committee (1998 / 2002).
