Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1961. He graduated as a lawyer from the School of Political, Legal and Economic Sciences of the “Universidad del Museo Social Argentino”, in 1986.

He has been an official of the Criminal Court of National Justice in the City of Bueno Aires from 1979 to 1987; and has worked as Senior Lawyer of the firm Sevel Argentina S.A. -Fiat and Peugeot- between 1987 and 1991.

He has been in the private practice since 1992. He has specialized in Criminal Law, with a strong expertise in Corporate Criminal Law, Tax Criminal Law and Economic Criminal Law. In these specialties his expertise stands out in cases of tax evasion, smuggling, cybercrimes, fraud and fraudulent schemes, as well as compliance related to these issues.

Co-author of “Delitos de la Ley Penal Tributaria, Ley 24.769” (Ed. Técnicas Empresarias, 2008). Former member of the Impeachment Committee of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
